To place an order through the mail with either cash, check, or money order, please follow these instructions.

1. Download and fill out the order form. It's available as either an Excel sheet or PDF. 

 ***Note: PLEASE write clearly and legibly when filling out your form. If we cannot read your handwriting, we cannot fulfill your order.

2. Mail us back the order form along with your payment. 

3. Wait for your order to arrive.
